Why Practice Yoga?

Hey, Fredericton! Yoga is great. And we need to be doing more of it.

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and relaxation exercises. Not only does it stretch, strengthen, and lengthen muscles, a regular yoga practice can improve mental health and bolster resilience by helping us think and feel differently.
